For 27 years, Dennis Klein represented numerous Fortune 500 companies and governmental entities as a litigation partner at Hughes Hubbard & Reed, a Wall Street-based international law firm. For 6 years he was a partner at Kelly Kronenberg where he is presently “of council” handling litigation throughout Florida.

 

No stranger to the mediation process, as a litigator Mr. Klein settled nearly all cases through mediation. Mr. Klein is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where he served on the Editorial Board of the Law Review. In addition to presenting at legal seminars and conferences, he has authored numerous articles and is frequently quoted in the legal press.

  

Mr. Klein has extensive appellate experience, having argued major cases that are frequently cited. He is a State of Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit and Appellate mediator, and for 7 years has taught a course on negotiation and mediation as an adjunct professor at Florida International University School of Law and the University of Miami School of Law.
